“Al-Ahly Sabbour” signs a memorandum of understanding with “MEDE for Medical Development”

Al-Ahly Sabbour Company, the leading company in the real estate industry in Egypt, has signed a memorandum of understanding with MEDE for Medical Development, the company specialized in planning, developing, managing and financing healthcare projects, to prepare feasibility studies for the planned medical complex project in the “THE CITY OF ODYSSIA ” project. in “Mostaqbal City” and what that includes of marketing studies and research to reach the best business model and present the project’s financial studies, leading to the work of a proposed model for project management and implementation on the ground in the interest of Al-Ahly Sabbour to provide advanced health services, and he signed the Memorandum of Understanding Eng. Ahmed Sabbour, CEO of Al-Ahly Sabbour Company, and Eng. Mohamed Idris, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MEDE for Medical Development.

The medical complex is planned to be built on an area of ​​5 acres within the Central Business District “CBD”, where the total area of ​​“THE CITY OF ODYSSIA” is 417 acres, which is the largest and first residential, service, and recreational city with international standards in “Mostaqbal City” and is characterized by Being a pivotal city due to its being the natural urban extension in East Cairo, it is also only 5 minutes away from the New Administrative Capital, and is characterized by its unique and central location that connects Cairo with the new urban communities and major cities including Madinaty and the Administrative Capital, in addition to its proximity to Ain Sukhna and El Galala City.

Commenting on this, Eng.
